Vacancy: Coach Finn class NED

The Royal Dutch Yachting Association is looking to recruit a full time coach for the Finn class with our sailor Nicholas Heiner towards the 2020 Olympics. As a former Laser World Champion, Nicholas has made a successful switch to the Finn, finishing 3rd in his first Worlds this year. The goal of this campaign is to win a medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

We believe that Olympic campaigns can only be successful with 100 % commitment of sailor and coach. We are looking for a world class coach with a proven track record in Olympic sailing (not necessarily in the Finn). He or she should:
- have the level to train and coach Nicholas towards the above goal
- have a clear philosophy how to achieve this goal
- be willing to invest all the time and effort needed
- be able to cooperate with the Headcoach, S&C coach, and a team of experts

Conditions and salary will be market corresponding depending knowledge, experience and track record.
